If you are thinking about ordering from Goods Home Furnishings, I'm here to tell you...DO It!! These people are professionals from the time you place the order to the time the furniture is delivered. I ordered a dresser and when it was delivered one of the drawers was broken. Matt Robillard, one of Goods customer service reps worked with me and the manufacturer to get a replacement part. I record the replacement part and my husband fixed the drawer. Perfect! Matt made numerous calls to me to make sure I had part and followed up to see if it would work. Even offered to find someone in my area to do the repair if my husband couldn't!!! I can't say enough positive things about Matt and Good Home Furnishings. I want to thank Vicki Bracey in Customer Service specifically. We had an issue within a week of purchasing a piece of outdoor furniture from Good's. The manufacturer was communicating that it was our fault and not standing by their warranty but Vicki Bracey continued to advocate for us over the course of more than a month. We were finally able to come to a resolution that satisfied the situation. It's easy to have good customer service when things go well but not so much when a difficult situation arises. Thank you Vicki for being so wonderful!
