Hi Carol, My furniture was delivered just now, and have not had a chance to enjoy it ....yet. It is around ten degrees in Ohio...the highest our temps will be in the next 48 hours. So the furniture is COLD just being removed from the truck. BUT later today, I will have a chance to sit on my warmer furniture and enjoy it. IT is beautiful though...and just what I wanted. I was very hesitant in ordering and having it delivered this way, but boy, I won't hesitate in the future. If you want a referral of any kind, please let me know. Thank you for making this a delightful experience. Take care. Warm regards, Nancy B. CPC

Hello Carol, I just want to tell you that the Drexel Heritage console I ordered through you from Good's was delivered about 10 days ago. It is really beautiful and I've already gotten lots of compliments on it. Thank you for helping me place the order, and for providing such excellent service, and competitive pricing. I was a bit anxious about ordering from a store in another state, but I would not hesitate to do it again, and to recommend you to friends. Joan H., Melville, NY

Carol, All went well and the Henkel furniture looks beautiful in their home! Pillow inserts for Carters worked beautifully as well...thank you for all your coordination & patient follow up on these orders. It is always a delight to work with a real professional in the business... and you are all that and a bag of chips! Thank you Carol! Have a wonderful Christmas season... hoping it has been a wonderful year for you and that 2015 is even better! Lynne

Just wanted to let you know that I love LOVE my sofa. I was not disappointed at all and it is everything I hope it would be. Love the fabric, the style, everything! Also the delivery service was outstanding, prompt and very courteous and helpful. Thank you for all your help in making a successful Internet purchase. Pat

Happened upon the website for Good's while searching for a particular chair, something that I could not find locally in NJ. Well, I did something totally out of character by ordering, sight unseen, the chair I wanted. I could not have been happier with the result. The rep who answered my email, Chilton Jarrett, was the best to work with. She answered all my questions, assured me of the quality of the furniture from Lexington and she was RIGHT! I was able to select fabric from a local decorator that I use and have it shipped to Good's, which resulted in a saving on the cost of the chair. Delivery took place as scheduled. All in all, a very positive experience and I do not hesitate to recommend Good's. Google+ Review

Good's Home Furnishings is fantastic, and I have never actually been to the store! I live in suburban Chicago, and I ran across Good's while looking for a high-end bedroom set. I sent them an email to inquire about the price of a set, and Melanie Bowman, a salesperson at Good's, responded rather quickly. She answered all of my questions and gave me a great price. I ordered the furniture, sight unseen and based on Melanie's opinion of the look and quality, and I could not be happier with it! The shipping was surprisingly fast, and it was free all the way from North Carolina to Chicago! I would absolutely buy from Good's again, and when I am in North Carolina, I will definitely be stopping by the store to thank buy more things and to thank Melanie in person. Outstanding! The pricing and service, and quality of goods will keep us coming back! Thank you, Michelle B., Whitehouse Ohio

MoreDoug Penn! Doug Penn! Doug Penn! Amazing in what he does. One Saturday I was shopping online and came across Vanguard Furniture Outlet. I called the 800 number. Doug Penn picked up. And boy was I fortunate. From that one phone it turned into a trip to Hickory to meet him and a beautiful CUSTOM home of furniture. The furniture all came fabulous and the issues I have with 2 dressers aren't a issue because Doug was right on it with the team at Goods Furnishing to make it right. As I am typing I am getting prepared to finish off the rest of the pieces. While worth every dollar we spent and it was a large invoice. Google+ Review

Mary’s friendly approach along with her willingness to inspect the game chair and detail to me the condition put me at ease and I was confident that I would be happy with the chair. She doesn’t just want to make a sale but she really wants to establish a rapport with her customers. You are not left with the feeling that she wants to rush off to the next customer. My husband and I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Karen Wentzell during a recent visit to your Charlotte, NC showroom. It was a very pleasant process, with Karen and other staff members ensuring that our needs were met while deciding on furniture selections. Our only suggestion at this time is to see if there is any way the customer can better view products they are interested in. The catalogues have good pictures and were perhaps the most helpful. Sincerely, Loren and Gail S.

I am a furniture junkie...ok, I admit it. Have purchased at LEAST $40,000. from Good's. Their selection, quality, customer service, design help (Karen Wentzell- I love you! thanks the hand holding while I bite my nails....) is far beyond any other furniture purchase I've EVER MADE! (good luck getting customer service from FurnitureLand....forget your salesperson...they forgot you!) Truly terrific customer service and superlative follow-up as well. Kind regards, Jennifer, Asheville, NC

Royston Davies understands the importance of building solid relationships. A lifelong learner, she has more than 15 years of design expertise gained from working for two of the largest home furnishings retailers in the Southeast. She has a deep knowledge of the furniture lines Good’s represent. However, her greatest skill is listening. There are two things she learned early in her home design career. First, how furniture is made and what makes one item more durable or desirable than another. Second, to put function at the top of the list so that the spaces she designs make sense for everyday living. It’s that knowledge that allows her to steer clients toward the best value for their needs. Personally, Royston says, “people are amazing so I try to see something in each person that I can appreciate, then relationship building is genuine and hopefully lasting. When I’m not designing for clients I enjoy my faith, family, and exploring healthy fitness possibilities. I challenge myself and believe in thinking differently to gain new perspectives on life.”

My husband and I just want to let you know how happy we are with our purchase and how pleased we were with the service we received from Vincent. We bought a sofa, ottoman, four chairs, two end tables, two lamps and an amazing area rug! Vincent zeroed in on our style and turned what could've been a very long process into a pleasant Sunday afternoon. We have received so many compliments on our new family room and even had friends go to your store after hearing about our positive experience and they bought a sofa! I had a few questions for Vincent after our visit and he always got back to me promptly and answered my questions to my satisfaction. It was our best furniture shopping experience ever! Marion

What an incredible, easy, creative experience I had with Vincent Kinsler and Good's. This was the first time I had been to Good's and am not a "shopper" so am a little overwhelmed with a lot of choices. I know what I like, but hate the process of finding it. Vincent met me at the door as I walked in and very politely shook my hand and told me he was there for me. Within a very short time, he was able to surmise my taste and went about picking fabrics that I loved and putting together the living room. I have worked with many designers during my life and he is one of the best. He spent a lot of time with me and was more than patient with looking for furniture to put these fabulous fabrics on. It would have cost me a great deal of money to have a designer of his caliber work with me on this project and it cost me nothing except the cost of the furniture and fabrics! Good's furniture is very high quality. The range of cost of items is excellent, whether a person wants Henredon or something that costs less. I will definitely shop for all my furniture at Goods in the future. Google+ Review
