Labor Day Essential Eats!
Yummy Sexy Salad-Nikki Beach and the recipe is:
3tb lobster meat, 3tb crab meat, 3tb avocado, 2tb mango
1/4 tsp cilantro, 3tb cucumber, 2tb spicy mayo
1/3 tsp masago, 1/4 cup mixed sashimi
*spicy mayo: Mix 1 tsp of Kimchee with mayonnaise and 2 drops of sriracha sauce
To prepare: Mix lobster, crab and shrimp meats with the diced avocado, mango, cilantro, cucumber. Mix everything together with the spicy mayo. Scoop 2 half-spheres onto a plate (or scoop into hollowed out avocado skins) and tip with masago. Garnish with mixed sashimi
