As the VP of Operations, Greg brings more than 14 years of furniture knowledge to the table. More than that, he brings a lot of passion for the people and products that make our company great. As a former furniture buyer and customer service manager, he is adept at finding quick solutions and delighting you – the customer. He enjoys fixing your concerns and making sure that all of your needs are met. He and his wife, Trisha, live in Conover with their two young children. When he’s not hard at work making your purchase here at Good’s extraordinary, he enjoys shooting and producing videos and coaching youth basketball.

Ryan Patterson has a long history of satisfying customers with excellent service. Ryan possesses 10 years’ experience in the furniture industry, previously working with and for customers at a leading furniture retailer, which enables him to find the best solution possible for both parties involved. When he’s not helping his customers, Ryan enjoys photography and spending time with his wife and son.

Donna Riddle is a natural when it comes to delighting Good's customers. That's because she has more than 14 years of experience in furniture, in both the manufacturing and retail sides of the industry. She understands how to find the best solution for her clients and will work hard to resolve any issue promptly and fairly. Donna attended CVCC where she studied data processing, business management and accounting. Her grown sons, Trent and Kurt, also live in the Hickory area. A music lover, Donna is very active in her church, serving as an elder, Sunday school teacher and singing in the choir. She is a great lover of animals - dogs and cats - and enjoys live music and local theater. "I am very conscientious customer service representative. There often is more than one solution to an issue and I enjoy using my knowledge and experience to find the best outcome for my client," she said. Drew Gatton was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland. After working many years as a merchandiser and as an electrician, Drew moved to Mooresville, NC. Drew worked with a small local business in sales and customer service for many years in Mooresville. Drew feels great delight in working with a customer to find the best solution for their needs. Drew currently lives in the Hickory, NC area with his beautiful wife Kristin and their daschador, Aggie. Tavia enjoys making each Good's showroom inviting and inspirational - a setting to explore the latest trends and discover timeless styles. An active Allied member of ASID, Tavia has more than 15 years of experience in furniture design and retail. She enjoys selecting the casegoods, upholstery and accessories that make Good's offerings so spectacular. "I will search for those fabulous finds to help you create a warm and cozy atmosphere in your home," said Tavia. "I hand-select pieces for our showrooms that are stylish, well-made and functional." Her experience includes working as a Visual and Merchandise Planning Coordinator for a major retailer. Overseeing 10 retail stores, she had the opportunity to deepen her creative and design skills. After receiving a BS degree in Interior Design from Appalachian State, Tavia completed her internship with Martha Stewart in New York City. Today, she enjoys travel, photography and spending time with family and friends.

Trisha Fox is an expert in finding solutions. As Good’s controller and customer service expert, Trisha brings 16 years of experience in the furniture industry to each day and every customer. Her knowledge ensures great outcomes for our clients. As a mom of two young boys, Jackson and Austin, Trisha and her husband, Derrick, live in Hickory and are busy beautifying their own home. Her love of unique and timeless furnishings translates into excitement for customers who are ready to make their own space more inviting. Trisha is a graduate of Appalachian State and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Mark Richards is a problem solver and adept in applying new technologies to furniture retailing. As the Chief Information Officer for Good's, Mark works to constantly improve our website and find new and exciting ways to communicate with you, our customer! As a former sales representative for Hickory White and an IT executive for a major retailer, Mark has a deep understanding of furniture and using technology to make your experience a great one. "Be persistant in reaching your goals." When he's not providing incredible technical support at Good's, Mark enjoys tennis and snow skiing. He and his wife, Eva, have two children and call Hickory home. Although you might not see Mark when you visit Good's in the Hickory Furniture Mart, you can rest assured he's hard at work to make sure you enjoy interacting with us in our "virtual furniture showroom".

Kao Thao is a native of Thailand and moved to the US in 1988. Now a United State citizen, Kao has earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Carolina University. Kao is passionate about computer technology and is now a member of Good’s IT Staff. “Computers have always been fascinating” says Kao who studied hard in school and took the extra steps needed to receive a Computer Science Degree from WCU in 2013. When Kao isn’t programming or troubleshooting technical issues at work, he likes to spend time with family and friends, go fishing on Lake Hickory or go hiking on one of our awesome mountains here in North Carolina.

After 20 years of experience for fine furniture retailers, Jennifer has turned her well trained eye towards helping ensure your furniture order is processed efficiently and effectively. Always eager to help you avoid costly mistakes, her knowledge and organizational skill support our back office communications with our manufacturers. Your satisfaction is top priority. A native Hoosier, Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marian University in Indianapolis. She is a member of the Interior Design Society and has completed the CQRID exam for certified residential designers. When not assisting our customers, Jennifer enjoys traveling & working on her own sanctuary that she shares with her husband, son, dog, & 2 cats.

Jennifer has a great understanding of furniture construction, which enables her to solve many issues. Jimmy Jackson is a guru when it comes to showroom setup and lighting. At Good's, he makes sure that the furniture and accessories we place in our gallery are shown in their best possible light. During his 8 years with a major retailer, Jimmy oversaw the staging of more than two dozen stores across the Southeast. Along the way, he has learned how lighting and proper placement of art can enhance a space and help buyers envision pieces in their own home. As a Catawba County native, he has a passion for the furniture at Good's and the people who build it. When he's not making Good's more beautiful, Jimmy enjoys golfing, fishing, camping and of course, the Carolina Tarheels.

Mike understands how furniture is made, what makes one sofa superior to another and how to pull together a room you can be proud of. Mike has been in the furniture business on the management side with a major retailer since 1999. Along the way he has amassed a great deal of furniture knowledge and desire to help customers. As a father and husband, he understands that furniture has to be functional as well as beautiful. He can recommend the right fabrics for family life as well as formal spaces. A native of Caldwell County, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Michele, and two daughters. When he's not on the golf course, he and his family enjoy travelling to the mountains and beach.
