Your journey begins before you ever leave home and Dean Hines will be your assigned International Sales contact. He will assist with travel arrangements, lodging and local transportation. We encourage any project information that you can share prior to your arrival. This will allow us to prepare for your visit. Once you arrive at Good’s Home Furnishings, Dean will assist you with product selection, interior design, space planning and measurement requirements. Dean also can manage all the detailed aspects of your international purchase including:
• Sales Order Preparation
• Warehousing Logistics
• Packaging / Crating
• Insurance Bonding
• Container Loading
• Commercial Invoicing / Shipping Authorization
• Preparation of Freight / Forwarding Charges
Once you return home, Dean will contact you routinely with updated information. When all items are ready to ship, we will notify you of the exact freight and insurance charges, update your account balance, and arrange the final wire transfer. Your new furniture will then be properly crated, packed on a container and shipped to the appropriate port.
