Randy Good and Scott Lever threw away their coats and ties and decided it was time to start their own business. Collectively, they have 35 years experience at one of the nation’s most respected furniture retailers, where they contributed as EVP of Merchandising and CFO.

Another key executive addition to the staff is Tavia Stearns. Her background in design (Allied ASID Member) includes an internship with Martha Stewart Omnimedia. She has a successful history in retail furniture because she relates so closely with the women who shop and buy furnishings for their homes and families.
